DART - A Powerful Reporting System

Simple to Install
DART is a Windows-based system that can be installed and executed directly from a hard drive or server.

Simple Data Access
DART provides powerful manipulation and reporting capabilities for states using any Labor Exchange, Title I Training, or One-Stop operational system by importing their raw data into DART Report Tables. States using America's Workforce System (AWS) or the Enhanced National Data Systems (ENDS) will receive programs necessary to download data to the DART database, while states using their own operational systems will receive a data dictionary and technical assistance to help them map their data to the DART system.

Simple, Cost Effective Report Generation
A powerful alternative to the SAMS legacy system, a simple runtime procedure is all it takes to meet federal reporting requirements for the ETA-9002 A, B, C, D and E, VETS 200 DV, LV and DV/LV, Migrants Indicators of Compliance, the WIA Quarterly and WIA Yearly Summary. DART provides the processes necessary to produce the federal reports directly from the PC, offering a considerable savings on mainframe usage costs. One state estimates savings of over $200,000 in processing costs by using DART instead of using their legacy server.

The system has also been developed to include State reports. This feature continues to be updated and enhanced as special reporting needs change.

Meaningful Ad-Hoc Reports Using Most Current Data
DART is a relational database system that allows access to data by virtually any database or reporting software. DART allows subscribing states the freedom to create meaningful, customized reports by using the report generating software of their choice.

Modular Structures For Flexibility And Growth
DART is modular in design to allow for system flexibility and unlimited growth. Changes to federal reporting will be addressed as mandated. This will ensure that mandated changes will be put into the system as soon as possible and that customers will always have the most current reporting capabilities. As the system grows, additional modules addressing PEER, profiling and state reports will be added.
